CHAD TAYLOR
HEAD COACH
A proud Manitoban, Chad returns home after two impactful seasons in Alberta, where he coached with the Bonnyville Pontiacs (AJHL) and the U13 AAA Elite program, contributing to player development at both the junior and elite youth levels.
Chad brings a decorated playing background, highlighted by two MJHL league championships, an MJHL All‑Star selection, and a top‑10 finish in league scoring during his final season with the St. James Canadians. His experience as both a high‑performing athlete and a dedicated coach shapes the competitive edge he brings to PMHA.
Known for his high‑tempo, high‑standard approach, Chad’s coaching philosophy — “all gas, no brakes” — reflects his belief in relentless effort, accountability, and a team‑first mindset. He is committed to fostering a development environment where athletes are pushed to grow, compete, and take pride in their craft.
FRANK LONGO
ASSISTANT COACH, PMHA HEAD GOALIE COACH
Frank Longo is a Canadian goaltending coach, assistant coach, and scout with more than 15 years of experience developing elite hockey talent across Canada and the United States. Known for blending advanced analytics with traditional evaluation, he has built a strong reputation for identifying, mentoring, and advancing goaltenders and players from the U16 level through junior, collegiate, and professional hockey. Frank has contributed to several respected programs in coaching and scouting roles, including Stanstead College (CSSHL), Nipissing University (USPORTS), The Hill Academy (CSSHL), and junior organizations such as the Kenai River Brown Bears (NAHL) and Lindsay Muskies (OJHL). His coaching résumé includes assistant coach positions with the Whitby Wildcats U14 AAA, Stanstead College Boys Varsity U18, Nipissing University, and the Clarington Toros U16 AAA. In 2022, he helped guide Nipissing University to a U SPORTS National Championship silver medal in Prince Edward Island. In 2024, Frank was selected as an assistant coach for the OHF U15 Program of Excellence, working closely with top OHL prospects. His development work has supported athletes earning selection in the QMJHL and OHL Drafts, as well as helping Nipissing University players progress to professional opportunities in Europe. Frank’s expertise was further recognized in 2025 when he was invited to serve as a guest goaltending coach with the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL) during their Development Camp, contributing to on‑ice instruction, video analysis, and evaluations for the organization’s top prospects. He is also the founder of Gremlin Goaltending, a development program focused on individualized training, video breakdown, and long‑term athlete advancement. Detail‑oriented, communicative, and deeply committed to player growth, Frank continues to support student‑athletes in reaching their goals at the junior, collegiate, and professional levels.
